How is the user count calculated?+
A user is any employee who has the Blotwise extension installed and active. Admins count toward the limit.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the end of the billing cycle.
